Susan has nearly 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, starting as a national commercial real estate appraiser. In addition to being a designated member of the Appraisal Institute, she is a New York State-certified general real estate appraiser. Over her career, she has been a guest speaker for numerous organizations, conferences, and universities. She has co-authored articles for several publications and has been interviewed by numerous radio, print, and news media outlets, including national T.V. news stations.

Amy E. Olson, CCIM is a Senior Manager in PwC’s Financial Markets and Real Estate Services practice, where her career spans 28 years. She is the co-editor of Investor Survey, a PwC product. Amy’s experience in the commercial real estate industry focuses on market and investment analysis. Before working on the Investor Survey, she managed the market analysis function for PwC’s Real Estate Valuation Practice, which included performing economic and market analyses for single property and portfolio engagements. She has also served as a contributing researcher of the annual Emerging Trends in Real Estate publication, a collaboration between PwC and the Urban Land Institute.
